Patients methods Immunological studies serum lacrimal fluid were performed 80 patients with 38 healthy donors (control group). The average age the surveyed was 53.7 ± 12.2 years. Group 1 included 32 small-sized choroidal (T1NoMo), group 2 consisted 26 medium-sized tumors (T2NoMo), 3 — 22 large tumor size (T3NoMo). Cytokine content determined by method xMAP platform Luminex xPONENT 3.1 program using 47 plex kits (ProcartaPlex, eBioscience, Austria). Results In increase pro-inflammatory (LIF, RANTES, IP-10), anti-inflammatory (TGF-1β), proliferative (IL-15), pro-tumor (EGF), angiogenic (PIGF-1 SDF-1α) cytokines compared control group, p < 0.05. Conclusion response to manifestation growth melanoma, many chemoattractant mediators proinflammatory, angiogenic, action are produced that promote metastasis. study at systemic level leads a deeper understanding pathophysiology carcinogenesis facilitate development targeted therapies for inhibiting growth.
